A great way to win over any poultry lover. And its just so simple to make.
Ingredients
- 4-8 Bone-In Chicken Parts (thighs and breasts work best)
- Salt & Pepper
- Pick Any Spices You Want. I Suggest Thyme, Garlic, Oregano, and Adobo
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry.
- Season with desired herbs and spices, making sure to get the underside as well as the top/
- Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, and place chicken pieces in the pan
- Place pan in oven and cook for about 1 hour. Make sure to check the chicken after about 30 minutes.
- The chicken is done when juices run clear when poked with a fork.
