Ingredients
  • 16oz of Fettuccine Noodles
  • 3 tbsp of Olive Oil or Butter
  • 3 tbsp of Flower
  • 4 tbsp of Dry White Wine or Vegetable Stock
  • 2 Cups of Unsweetened Soy or Almond Milk
Spices
  • 1 tsp of Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp of White Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
 
  • Cook the pasta according to directions.
  • heat oil (or butter) in a medium sauce pan
  • Add flour and wine or stock and cook over medium-low heat stirring for 2 minutes
  • Stir in the milkĀ  and remaining ingredients bring to a simmer and stir until thickened. About 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Toss with the cooked pasta.
