Ingredients  
  • 1lb of ground meat. We use turkey or pork.
  • 1/2 Yellow onion
  • 3/4 Cup of ketchup
  • 2tbs of yellow mustard
  • 2tbs of cider vinegar
  • 1tbs of chili powder
Spices
  • Salt
  • adobo
  • cumino
  • garlic poweder
 
  • Brown the ground meat over medium heat in a large skillet.
  • While the meat is browning, dice the onion and add it to the skillet.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients into a small bowl to make a sauce
  • season the meat to taste.
  • combine the sauce, browned meat, and onion in the skillet and let simmer for at least 15 min.
